Subject Selection

Year 10, 11 and 12 students are reminded to have their subject selection forms completed and returned to their Form Teachers by FRIDAY 24 August.  Parents are encouraged to discuss subject choices with their son/daughter and attend the Subject Selection Evening on WEDNESDAY 15 AUGUST, 7:00 – 9:00pm.

Food Drive successful

Congratulations Nayland College, you made a real difference. This year was the fourth time we have collected donations for the FoodBank and we collected enough to supply food parcels for three weeks. A big thanks goes to Gemma Winstanley (pictured) and Rebecca Baird who coordinated the collection of the food. Read more here…

Leadership Week

It is leadership Week this week and at Nayland young people are being encouraged to Dare to Dream by the Sir Peter Blake Trust.Nayland College is so very proud of the hundreds of students who are involved in groups, support their teams and their …causes and who step up to lead (from the front or the back) these groups. Early finish for students

Students will be released early from school for teachers to prepare for parent interviews on Tuesday 27 March and Wednesday 4 April. Students will be released at 2.45 pm. Buses will run at the normal times.

NCEA Parents’ Information Evening

House Day a real stunner

Nayland held its first ever House Day recently. Excitement was high as students had to plan and prepare for most of the events in the week leading up to it. The anticipation of what would happen on the day itself meant that there were lots of students and staff up late the night before making costumes and planning things for their House.
