Nayland College is proud to introduce Aquila, Pegasus, Draco and Phoenix – the four Houses that will foster leadership, participation and create a sense of identity and belonging for students across all year levels. Houses are organised by the students, for the students.
The Nayland House system will add another very special dimension to the school for 2012. Students will find out which House they are in at a special assembly on Friday the 3rd of Feb where House Leaders Gaye Bloomfield, Lotus Hattersley, Jeff Bryant and Max Riley will announce details about the Houses to all students simultaneously in four different venues around the school.
2012 is the foundation year for our House system and gives us a very special opportunity to create history. There will many more elected leadership opportunities available to students. Details about the upcoming House Day on the 17th of February will be posted soon.
